The Education Equal Opportunity Group’s, Inc., (EEOG) mission is to prepare under-served students to become the best leaders in the world. We execute this mission by providing leadership and personal development training to add value to the student life. We coach and inspire students develop leadership skills, set goals, make decisions, share in group dynamics, complete essay exercises, and experience diversity.

In addition students have direct access to Top Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Political Power Brokers to coached and inspired. To this end, we encourage, empower and engage students to become change agents of their schools and in the community. Since February 2001, we have provided leadership training to over 6,500 low in-come and under-served students in public education.

The EEOG has continually progressed in the development and implementation of innovative educational initiatives. These initiates have not only reduced the educational disparities plaguing at-risk, under-served and low-income student populations but they have also resulted in focusing on rebuilding the fabric of our community.
